Justin — Founder & General Contractor
Licensed General Contractor in Illinois with decades of on-site experience across new construction, renovations, and historic homes. Justin is proficient in building codes, safety standards, and the certifications that govern them — the knowledge contractors count on homeowners not having. He has also served on municipal review board committees, giving him a working familiarity with the approval process from both sides of the dais.
After a career spent inside the building business, he has seen every markup, every shortcut, and every corner cut. He founded Oversite Homes to put that expertise squarely on the homeowner’s side of the table — independent, unbiased, and unaffiliated with any trade on the job.
